Pavilion Request

GUIDELINES & RESERVATIONS FOR MEADOWBROOK PARK PAVILION


A request for rental of the pavilion does not constitute exclusive use of the park. The park must 

remain open to its Members. Events and groups may not infringe upon Member access.


A POA representative will inspect pavilion the morning of the event, noting condition, and a placard

placed on pavilion indicating the date and time reserved, as well as turning on the electricity in the 

pavilion.


Vehicles are not permitted on any area except those designated for traffic and parking.


No firearms are allowed in the parks. No amplified music (no live bands).


Only charcoal may be burned in the bar-b-que grills.



SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AND PROVISIONS:


In order to be eligible to reserve the pavilion, homeowner must be current on all dues.


It is the responsibility of the GCCA Member reserving the pavilion to make sure the facility is clean 

and trash is picked up and placed in the can(s) provided. DO NOT dump cooking oil or food leftovers 

on park grounds or within the pavilions. If this is done, you will be charged for having the area

cleaned up.


Temporary decorations are allowed so long as no damage is made to the pavilion and the decorations 

are promptly removed after the event.
