"The ACC"

From its inception, Gap Creek was designed to be Sherwood's most distinctive neighborhood. Every effort has been made to develop a residential setting that blends well with the natural beauty found in the surrounding area. 

The primary function of the ACC is to preserve and enhance the cohesive look observed within our community. We ask members to be sensitive to this intention when requesting to make changes and modifications to the exterior of their homes. 

Planning to make changes outside of your home? First, fill out an Application for Home Improvement. Next, contact the ACC by sending a message to the Board. An ACC team member will schedule a time to meet with you regarding your proposed changes.

Need to build new or replace an old fence? Gap Creek has two styles of approved fencing. Click here to view the specifications.
